As an ADHD life coach, my job is to help clients to try to find ways to reduce their sensitivity, build resilience, and minimize the impact of RSD. In the process we will explore ways around this so that in the future my client will let certain comments pass and internalize less of the negative and focus on what’s positive and helpful.

No, you do not. While a diagnosis can be helpful for understanding your history, you do not need one to benefit from coaching. If you struggle with focus, organization, or overwhelm, we can work on strategies to help you move forward immediately.

Therapy often focuses on the past, emotional healing, and "why" you feel a certain way. Coaching focuses on the future, taking action, and "how" to get things done. We work together to build practical skills, habits, and systems to achieve your specific goals.

 

Yes! I am a registered NDIS provider. If your plan includes funding for "Improved Daily Living" or similar categories, we can likely utilize your funding. Please mention this during our discovery call so we can set up the correct agreements.

 

Absolutely. I work with clients globally via Zoom. We will find a time slot that works for your time zone. All payments can be processed securely online via Stripe in your local currency.

 

It depends on your goals. I offer 1-on-1 dating coaching (for singles or individuals in relationships) and Couples Coaching (where both partners attend). We can discuss which format will get you the best results during our initial chat.

 

I understand that life happens! However, to respect the schedule, I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to offer the spot to another client who may need it.
