About Me

Meet Naomi

Hi, I’m Naomi! I am an ICF (International Coaching Federation) certified ADHD coach, and I also have ADHD.

I figured out I had ADHD at 48, and honestly? It was a relief. Suddenly my busy brain made sense. ADHD isn’t something I need to fix—it’s a different operating system, and once you stop fighting it, things get a lot easier (and more fun).

My “H” is silent but relentless. It shows up as 80 open tabs, several half-read books, and ideas firing faster than I can write them down. Training as an ADHD Coach and hanging out with other ADHD’ers confirmed one thing: we’re not broken—we’re just wired differently.

If you’re exhausted from trying to be “normal” and ready to make your ADHD actually work for you, that’s where I come in. Let’s turn the chaos into clarity, the overwhelm into action, and your brain into your biggest advantage. Ready to get started?

My Multiple Careers

Although each new role began with enthusiasm, many left me feeling unfulfilled once the initial excitement wore off. Fortunately, my strong curiosity and love of learning became both a remedy for boredom and a compass, drawing me back to study every few years and opening new directions.

After a short venture into a creative field, I recognized it wasn’t the right fit for me. However, one clear thread has run through my varied career journey—spanning jewellery, employment services, childcare, retail, and more—and that is my genuine passion for working with people.

My lived experience with ADHD, along with navigating neurodivergent challenges during my teen years, ultimately led me to become an ADHD Life Coach. I truly “speak ADHD.” Having firsthand understanding of the frustrations and obstacles involved allows me to connect deeply and support others in a meaningful, practical way.

I help people with ADHD create lives and relationships that feel right and truly fulfilling. Together, we’ll work through challenges, celebrate progress, and build lasting happiness and meaningful connection. Connect With Me

Start Living Your Ideal Life Today

As an ADHD Life Coach my job is to help clients to try to find ways to reduce their sensitivity, build resilience and minimise the impact of RSD. In the process we will explore ways around this so that in future my client will let certain comments pass and internalise less of the negative and focus on what’s positive and helpful.

Whether you’re struggling with ADHD, lacking motivation, not hitting your potential or even just want to improve productivity a bit more, I help you focus on what’s positive and helpful.
